We supply material test certificates, dimensional inspection reports and a declaration of conformity as standard. Third-party inspection, hydrostatic test certificates and additional statutory or accredited-lab documentation can be arranged on request — please specify your certification requirements at the quotation stage.
How we work
Quality & engineering approach
At Koolvent, quality is embedded into every stage of the engineering and manufacturing process. We start from a clear understanding of the project specification: material selection, dimensional tolerances, fabrication controls and pre-delivery inspection all follow a documented process.
Our engineering team reviews every order against the relevant code or standard before fabrication begins. Where a project requires third-party inspection or special materials, we coordinate this at the outset — not as an afterthought.
Finished products are accompanied by documentation — material test reports, dimensional inspection records and, where applicable, pressure-test certificates — so the project record is complete from day one.
